You understand that Blackstone shall not be obligated to consider any application you submit or perform any services for you unless and until you submit a true, accurate, and complete application to Blackstone and fulfill all of Blackstone’s requirements for providing services.

Any interest rate quoted is subject to change without notice unless Blackstone has informed you in writing that an interest rate lock-in agreement has been made between you and Blackstone, and that agreement quotes the locked-in interest rate. Any fee that you pay for a lock-in agreement may or may not be refundable at Blackstone’s sole discretion.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California applicable to agreements made and entirely to be performed within California, without resort to conflict of law provisions. The courts of San Diego County, California, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement and/or your use of Blackstone’s website and/or services. You hereby agree and consent to venue in San Diego County, California.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court or government agency, then that court or agency shall reduce and/or alter the scope and effect of the offending provision by the minimum amount necessary, if any, to make that provision valid and enforceable. All remaining terms and provisions not affected by an offending provision shall remain in full force and effect to the greatest extent possible allowed by law.
