Since 2004 Magdy Badr, CEO of Blackstone, has been a Master CMB®. As a Master CMB®, Mr. Badr has shown competency in all issues related to both commercial and residential real estate finance. He has also completed both the Commercial and Residential CMB programs.
The Master CMB® also requires additional Mortgage Bankers Association point accumulation and educational requirements, as well as active participation within the CMB Society.
